If you bring up complicated yet highly talented players, Terrell Owens is at the top of that list. This former wide receiver had all the talent but he was a huge head case for coaches, players, and fans. Even though he was wearing out opponents, he was also wearing out his welcome.
The most notable hated moment was similar to Kobe Bryant’s. It was when he ripped into his quarterback, Donovan McNabb while playing for the Eagles. “Well, I don’t really want to start anything, but I did play in the Super Bowl and there were rumors where he couldn’t get our two-minute offense going at the end of the game,” Owens said. “I’m just saying.”
