Gunnar Hansen played the horrifying and beastly villain Leatherface in the original Texas Chainsaw Massacre. Something that not everyone knows about the filming of the movie is that at one point, it being the 1970s, a lot of the cast and crew partook in ingesting weed brownies. However, Hansen had never had any experience with the drug, and not long after eating them had to film the scene when he chainsaws through a front door. So, in full Leatherface apparel, with a real chainsaw, and while on drugs, Hansen had to chainsaw through a door. Luckily, it all worked out.
