Shia LeBeouf Really Got Into Character

In the name of method acting, Shia LeBouf admitted to getting sloshed on moonshine while filming during his 2012 film Lawless. Apparently, it got so bad at one point that co-star Mia Wasikowska threatened to leave the film. LeBouf said that his drinking the moonshine on set was mainly just to imitate the drinking of the character he was playing in order to feel a deeper connection. After all, moonshine was the beverage that Lebouf’s character and his brothers are bootlegging throughout the whole film. This was not the first and would not be the last time that LeBoeuf demonstrated his dedication to method acting.
