Zoe Saldana had secretly been married for months before news broke that she married Italian artist Marco Perego in September 2013. The public had barely found out that the two were dating earlier that year in March.

Saldana and Perego reportedly had a secret ceremony in London in June 2013 and the Guardians of the Galaxy actress had successfully gone on press tours with no ring (or no one noticing, at least) for several months before people found out. In 2015, Saldana revealed that her husband took her last name. The couple now share three sons together.
