Wink Martindale was born in 1933 and began hosting What’s This Song? on NBC in 1964. One gig led to another, and by the early ’90s, he was hosting a televised version of Trivial Pursuit. In 2006, Martindale received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
Now in his 80s, Martindale isn’t working as frequently, but he hasn’t settled into retirement either. KFC hired him to star in a commercial for their restaurant with Rob Lowe in 2017. The next year he began appearing on Sirius Radio as a surprise co-host on Three Questions.
