The average cost is $28,000 a month. Gourmet chefs create custom meal plans with the help of dietitians. Aside from a variety of therapists, there are also life coaches, yoga instructors and specialists in Ayurveda (a holistic science from India with practices that support health, balance, and self-transformation).
