Barbara is a Yale graduate and is one of the most famous AIDS activists in the United States. This Bush twin is also fighting for LGBTQ rights and for marriage equality around the world. Even though this sister is doing well now, she does have a crazy past. Barbara was caught using a fake ID in high school, and was caught many times drinking underage throughout her college career.
