Reality Stars Who Look Totally Different Than Season 1
Following your favorite reality TV stars, watching each episode, you might not notice their looks changing as much. But when you look at a photo of what they looked like in Season 1, compared to now, some of these stars look nothing like they used to. While some of these ladies gradually changed their appearance over time, others seemingly transformed overnight!
Lauren Goodger: The Only Way Is Essex
Television personality Lauren Goodger has been all over the world of reality, first appearing on The Only Way is Essex from 2010 until 2012. She then tried her hand at the competition show Dancing on Ice, kind of a Dancing with the Stars but with ice skates. But her switch in series wasn't the only thing that changed for Goodger over the years.
The reality star looks totally transformed from her start in TV to now. Goodger has had a nose job, chest augmentation, and a lip filler procedure.
Charlotte Crosby: Geordie Shore
From 2011 until 2016, Charlotte Crosby was a star on the MTV reality show Geordie Shore, a British spin-off of the popular Jersey Shore. Crosby, an original cast member of the series, went on to appear in other reality series, including the 12th season of Celebrity Big Brother, which she wound up winning.
Well, through the years, Charlotte has gone through quite the transformation, starting with the loss of the horrible early-2000s hair. Aside from changing her hairstyle and color, Charlotte has also had corrective chest surgery, annual lip fillers and has gone through the process of getting her eyebrows tattooed.
Chloe Khan: Celebrity Big Brother
Reality star Chloe Khan bounced from one show to another, starting with the X Factor. After making it through the Bootcamp stage of the competition show, Khan was infamously kicked off for partying (whoops). But getting kicked off wound up doing her world of good as she found herself on Celebrity Big Brother.
But through the ups and downs of her fame, Khan became almost unrecognizable. Still rocking the orange tan, Khan has gone under the knife multiple times, changing her entire look. As of 2021, she has had three rhinoplasty procedures, a chest augmentation, lip fillers, and even a Brazilian lift for her backside!
Chloe Ferry: Geordie Shore
Since 2015, Chloe Ferry has been a regular cast member of the MTV reality series Geordie Shore. And while she wasn't busy stirring up drama on that reality series, Ferry made time to appear on the 19th season of Celebrity Big Brother. But what's more impressive is her complete and utter transformation from the start of her television career to now.
Not only has Ferry traded in her red hair for an assortment of wigs, including this grey one, but she's also had many cosmetic procedures done throughout the years. As of 2021, she's spent over $50,000 on two chest augmentations, lip, chin, and cheek fillers, and three nose jobs.
Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi: Jersey Shore
Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi's reality star fame shot through the roof when the first-ever episode of Jersey Shore aired on MTV in 2009. From there, her drama, personality, and overall style were mimicked, mocked, and pretty much talked about on various talk shows.
But the gossip switched from her antics on the show to her appearance when it was apparent Snooki not only lost her signature poof but also a boatload of weight. Aside from working with a personal trainer, Snooki went under the knife more than once. In 2015, she got her first lip filler injections, followed by botox and chest augmentation surgery.
Chloe Sims: The Only Way Is Essex
Chloe Sims made her reality television debut in 2011 as one of the cast members on The Only Way is Essex. But she didn't stop there. After her time on the show, Sims ventured off and found herself on the fifth season of Celebs Go Dating. But once she got there, Sims had transformed greatly.
Not only was her hair no longer a dark shade of brown, but she had definitely gone under the knife a time or two. According to Sims, she got lip fillers, Botox, a chest augmentation, and facial fillers.
Holly Hagan: Geordie Shore
Holly Hagan was one of the original cast members of the MTV series Geordie Shore. The series started her reality ventures. She starred on the show until 2016 and then for another stint from 2018-2019. And, clearly, she went all-in with the "Geordie Show way of life."
Hagan's look greatly changed, going from fire-engine red hair and a fake tan-a-la-Jersey-Show to the grey-blonde Ombre that's become very popular. Not only that, but the reality star's admitted to going under the knife, getting a chest augmentation, lip fillers, and Botox.
Megan McKenna: Celebrity Big Brother
English television personality Megan McKenna has been all over the reality television spectrum. Appearing on Ex on the Beach for one season, McKenna moved to Celebrity Big Brother, and then The Only Way Is Essex before winning The X Factor: Celebrity in 2019.
Fans of the reality star might have noticed a thing or two different about her upon her X Factor win, primarily her hair color and very noticeable lip fillers. According to McKenna, she should have laid off on the fillers because now she has "so many lip fillers I can't talk properly."
Khloe Kardashian - Keeping Up With The Kardashians
Khloe Kardashian came into the public eye in 2007, being one of the Kardashian girls on the hit reality series Keeping Up with the Kardashians. Through 20 seasons of unexplainable drama, Khloe's look and personal style completely transformed. Her brown locks took a back seat, she lost a whole lot of weight, and her style went from Abercrombie and Fitch-chic to couture.
Unfortunately for this Kardashian, her plastic surgery didn't really go as planned. Khloe got lip fillers and, not exactly caring for how they turned out, had to go back to her surgeon three times to get them dissolved!
Mama June Shannon: Here Comes Honey Boo Boo
Mama June Shannon graced the world with her force-of-nature presence in 2011 when she appeared on the reality series Toddlers & Tiaras with her then-five-year-old Alana. But that wasn't the last time TLC fans would last see Mama June. The family gained popularity, and they wound up with their own reality series, Here Comes Honey Boo Boo.
But the most interesting spin-off Mama June had is arguably Mama June: From Not to Hot, the story of how the reality star went from being obese to losing an astounding amount of weight, 460 to 160 pounds.
Jenni "JWoww" Farley: Jersey Shore
Jenni "JWoww" Farley was one of the original cast members on the hit reality series Jersey Shore. She went on to star in a spin-off series with castmate Snookie called Snooki & Jwoww. From season to season, it was apparent JWoww was changing up her style and appearance.
While she started dressing a bit more "couture" and less Forever 21, JWoww's face also went under a major transformation with lip fillers, a facelift, and her eyebrows also went from stick-thin to a bit more full.
Kylie Jenner: Keeping Up With The Kardashians
Kylie Jenner, the youngest of the Kardashian-Jenner clan, practically grew up on her family's reality series Keeping up with the Kardashians. Through the years, fans of the series and people who read the tabloids have probably noticed her transformation from a young girl into a self-made billionaire with all the money in the world for cosmetic procedures, which she definitely took advantage of.
Kylie is known for her lip fillers, but she's also transformed in other ways. The reality star is also known for her ever-changing hair (wigs), and she's also gone under the knife for a nose job but has declined anything about a chest augmentation.
Heidi Pratt: The Hills
Heidi Pratt first came on the scene in 2005 when she befriended Laguna Beach star, Lauren Conrad. From there, the two became the biggest frenemies on television, sharing their drama with the world on the popular MTV series The Hills. But her time on the show was nothing compared to the headlines when she infamously went under the knife for ten cosmetic surgeries in only 24 hours.
During that day, Pratt received fat injections in her face, pinned back her ears, got a nose job, and received a chest augmentation. Not so surprisingly, the reality star isn't intending to ever go back into surgery.
Alana "Honey Boo Boo" Thompson: Here Comes Honey Boo Boo
Alana "Honey Boo Boo" Thompson was only five years old when she made her television debut on Toddlers & Tiaras. Fans of the series quickly fell in love with the outspoken little girl, and TLC gave the family the green light to start their own series surrounding her, Here Comes Honey Boo Boo.
Years later, Alana looks nothing like her dolled-up self from her early days as a beauty pageant princess. Even though she is no longer that little girl in the pink tutu, Alana is still making waves in the entertainment industry. Most recently, she appeared on Dancing with the Stars: Juniors.
Sharon Osbourne: The Osbournes
Sharon Osbourne might be married to the legendary Ozzy Osbourne, but she really didn't come into the public eye until their family's reality show hit the ground running. The Osbournes was pretty much KUWTK before the Kardashian's were a thing. And, through the years, she has hopped from one reality show to the other, changing her look along the way.
Sharon has had a facelift to keep her youthful appearance, something she doesn't recommend to anyone, saying it was very painful and not really worth the hassle. Aside from that and lip fillers, the only drastic change this matriarch went through is getting rid of her signature red hair!
Kim Kardashian: Keeping Up With The Kardashians
One of the most famous reality stars is arguably the one and only Kim Kardashian. Starting as nothing more than Paris Hilton's assistant, Kim shot to stardom with her family's reality series Keeping Up with the Kardashians. And, through it all, she's changed her appearance greatly.
Aside from getting rid of the early-2000s side bangs, Kim has gone under the knife for a few procedures, including lip fillers, Diamond Skin Tightening to boost collagen levels in her face, and fillers in her cheeks and around her eyes. Needless to say, she looks a lot different from when she first started on the show.
Jemma Lucy: Ex On The Beach
While Jemmy Lucy got her start in 2005 on the reality series Brat Camp, she didn't shoot into stardom until she appeared on the third and fifth seasons of Ex on the Beach. She also appeared in Celebrity Big Brother 20, being booted off the first night.
Through all of the reality and television appearances, Lucy's style and overall look drastically changed -- and it's not just because of the face, neck, and chest tattoos. Lucy has gone under the knife for multiple cosmetic procedures, including lip fillers, Botox, chest augmentation, and two lifts to her backside.
Amy Childs: The Only Way Is Essex
After her stint on the reality series The Only Way Is Essex, Amy Childs got what every reality star dreams of -- a chance at her own series. It's All About Amy aired from 2011-2012 but was canceled after the first season because of low ratings. Alas, that didn't stop Childs from changing up her look.
Childs has admitted to going under the knife at a young age and, from there, became addicted. As of 2021, she's received a chest augmentation, lip fillers, Botox, and veneers for her teeth. Interestingly, she regrets it all.
Katie Price: I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!
Katie Price was well-known before finding herself on reality television as the Page 3 girl for the British tabloids The Daily Star and The Sun. But, after some time, she found herself on the reality series I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!
Her switch from modeling to reality TV seems to have had a major effect on her personal look, too. She ditched her blonde hair for darker locks while going under the knife for chest augmentation, fillers, and lip injections. At least she stopped with the fake tanner!
Amber Rachdi: My 600-lb Life
Amber Rachdi was 23-years-old when she decided it was time for a lifestyle change. She appeared on the third season of the TLC reality series My 600-lb Life, weighing in at an astounding weight of 657 pounds. After the fear of not being able to succeed in her weight-loss goals, Amber looks stunning.
After bypass surgery, a hard-core diet, and a solid exercise schedule, Amber has lost more than 257 pounds! The TLC star's transformation is truly inspiring. Now, she is an advocate for mental health awareness and body positivity.
