Look how trendy Russia is! The county is using Twitter to post updates on rules, specifically for its national team. The country recently posted that the team should avoid exotic teas and foreign foods to ensure passing all drug tests. Russia, of course, was banned from the Olympics for a massive doping scandal.

No one is quite sure why Russia is publicly telling its team what to eat, but we have a few guesses. Our best one is the country is trying to force the narrative that they are clean. What better way to do that then telling the whole world how to avoid failing drug tests during the World Cup.
