According to F.S.B. (the modern K.G.B.), a new anarchist group in Russia has threatened to bomb the World Cup. Facts on the story are limited and fantastical, leading many to believe the plot to be more fiction that fact.

Humans rights groups, in particular, have defended the young people who were brutally tortured for hours. They claim the F.S.B. created the story to impress their superiors. Many also believe the torture story is a scare tactic to scare left-leaning citizens, who are now feeling the country in high numbers.
