A child star from the television showDiff’rent Strokes, Dana Plato fell into drug addiction and committed suicide by taking an overdose of prescription medication in 1999.

Sadly, Dana’s son Tyler Lambert, committed suicide when he was 25 years old, eleven years after Dana died. Lambert killed himself with a shotgun blast.
