Who wouldn’t want a chance to be featured at the “lingerie event of the century”?! Since the element of live performances was added, some major musical acts have been able to perform on the runway. For the 2011 show, Kanye West performed with Jay-Z. Razek recounted, “I remember Kanye coming up to me and saying, ‘I got a surprise for you: I want Jay-Z to perform tomorrow, too.’ The crowd went crazy. At the end of the performance, Jay-Z said, ‘We’re on the runway, so we might as well walk it,’ so they walked the runway to the end of the stage and came back. It was a great moment.”
