Some Hollywood stars strive for the perfect look or an anti-aging cure so much that they dive into plastic surgery at a very young age. That idea of perfection leads some celebrities to go under the knife before the age of 30.
From Jennifer Grey's nose job that made her unrecognizable at the age of 27 to Jamie Lee Curtis getting an "eye job," here are some stars who got cosmetic surgery before they hit 30.
Victoria Beckham Went Under The Knife At The Age Of 18
Victoria Beckham, aka Posh Spice, has always been open about her insecurities as a young woman. Those insecurities led her to a plastic surgeon, and at the age of 18, Beckham went under the life for the first time, opting to get breast implants.
Years later, though, she wrote a letter to her younger self, telling her that she should flaunt what she's got and leave her body alone. In the published letter, Beckham wrote, "And I should probably say, don't mess with your [chest]. All those years, I denied it – stupid. A sign of insecurity. Just celebrate what you’ve got."

Dirty Dancing star Jennifer Grey got a nose job at the age of 27. Unfortunately for the actress, once she healed from the procedure, she was virtually unrecognizable, and no one wanted to hire her. Grey was the type of actress whose nose was her distinctive feature; it made her stand out.
During an interview with Mirror, Grey talked about the infamous 1989 nose job. She said, "I went into the operating room a celebrity and came out anonymous. I'll always be this once-famous actress nobody recognises because of a nose job."

When it comes to body image, growing up, and working out, Big Bang Theory star Kaley Cuoco is very transparent. Recently, she's admitted to getting work done at a very young age, namely a nose job when she was only 18 years old. Cuoco has also had her chest done and also had a filler put into a line in her neck she's had since 12.
But for the actress, cosmetic surgery is all about making herself feel better. During an interview with Women's Health, she said, "I don't think you should do it for a man or anyone else. But if it makes you feel confident, that’s amazing.”

According to the America's Next Top Model host, she wants the discussion surrounding cosmetic surgery to change. During an interview with People, Banks said she's "all about fostering an open, judgment-free dialogue about the world of cosmetic procedures."

The reality star has since written about her regret of the "anti-aging" procedure, saying, "I think when you're young, there are other ways you can look after your skin…Botox just wasn’t necessary for me at this age."

Former Hole front-lady Courtney Love admitted to getting her " schnoz" fixed when she was 20 years old. And, according to the musician, getting rhinoplasty was one of the best decisions she ever made. During an interview with US Weekly, Love said, "I was an actress in the '80s but, well, let’s just be real, I had a really big nose. That schnoz was not taking me anywhere but radio.”
Apparently, a world of opportunity opened for the artist after she got her nose job. All that's left to say is good for her!
