The Life And Controversies Of Dr. Oz
Suspicious Rasberry Ketones
This is yet another “miracle” supplement that can melt fat away, all you have to do apparently is take a pill. However, Dr. Oz received so much backlash after promoting this product that he ended up deleting the entire episode from his website. The episode can still be found in other places online, though. In it, Oz claims that ketone can release the norepinephrine hormone which is usually released in a life-threatening situation. He goes on to say that this hormone allows the body to survive without eating. As it turns out, no scientists have proven Oz’s claim by providing a human study, and raspberry ketones have the potential to negatively affect an individual’s thyroid.
