Homeopathy is described as being a type of alternative medicine that follows the belief that a patient suffering from symptoms can be cured by small and diluted doses of substances that are produced in the bodies of healthy people. Yet, this process is considered to be one of the most widely disproven methods in alternative medicine. On his show, Oz brought in Dr. Russ Greenfield who helped to explain it and describe its medicinal benefits. Oz then continued to endorse Greenfield’s claims and even went so far to say that his wife practices homeopathy on his own children.
