Shatner Is Doing His Own Thing

In recent years, Shatner has appeared on the NBC reality mini-series Better Late Than Never, which was about the adventures of Shatner and three other aging celebrities as they traveled the world. He also has co-founded a comic book series which wone the 2017 Independent Publisher Book Awards’ Outstanding Books of the Year Independent Voice Award. In 2017, he also appeared in the animated series My Little Pony: Friendship is magic where he was the voice of the character Grand Pear. Clearly, Shatner has been taking his older years to do his own thing outside of acting and testing the waters for new ventures.
