Drake Chose Acting Early

Canadian Superstar Drake decided at an early age that school wasn’t for him. He attended the prestigious Vaughan Road Academy where he eventually left at age 15, in 2002. He was focused on his acting career at that time, with a role on the TV show Degrassi.

In a song he has called “Views” he raps, “I dropped out right before I graduate. Six credits left, my mama had her saddest day.” Drake went back to school to collect his GED in 2012 which made his mom happier than ever.
