Jennifer Garner Put Her Children’s Needs Above Her Career

When Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck started a family they decided that their children came first. “I’ve never been away for more than, I think, four days,” Garner once said. “I sit down at the beginning of the movie and say to the people making the schedule, ‘Let’s look at this.’ Then I figure out where I’m going to take the kid and when I can get home.”

The couple is now finalizing their divorce, but Affleck told E! News: “Jen is a superhero mom…We try our best, we put them first and that’s what we do.”
