Candace Cameron Bure Took A Break From Hollywood Twice To Focus On Her Family

Candace Cameron Bure played DJ Tanner on the sitcom Full House. She stayed off the radar for several years after getting married and having three children. She returned to acting in Fuller House and other projects and even got a job as a co-host on The View. Ultimately, she quit the talk show.

She explained: “The commute of going West Coast to East Coast every single week for me has been tough on me and hard for my family as well and I want to make sure that I’m able to spend as much time with my children and invest in all the projects that I do to the fullest extent.”
