Lawyers for Nanette Kinkade told The Mercury News that the battle over her dead husband’s estate has been “very emotional.” Despite the fact that Nannette agreed that Kinkade would keep the house upon their 2010 separation, having Pinto holed up there is preventing her daughters from accessing their own belongings in the home.
