Who Is At Fault, Marco Rubio Or The Kid?

We have a picture of Senator Marco Rubio playing a friendly game of pigskin. The goal of throwing the ball is to throw the ball to the open man, or child in this case. As the ball connects, it should go into the hands of the person who is trying to catch the ball, and then its end zone city from there.

A video shows Marco Rubio throwing a ball to a child who looks to be about 4 or 5 years old. The child catches the ball, but not in his hands. He gets hit in the face with the ball. You could look at this in one or two ways: Either Rubio threw a bad pass, or the child did not clasp his hands together in time to catch the ball. Rubio went on Twitter about the accident and said:

“The QB always gets the blame.”
