Miley Cyrus has been a star since she was a pre-teen. That’s not easy for a young girl – unless you’ve got a strong mama to ground you. Miley’s unbreakable bond with her mother Tish goes way beyond the fact they look almost identical. If rumor has it, Tish was planning on designing Miley’s wedding dress.

“Oh my gosh. If and when that day comes, I’m sure,” Tish said about designing her daughter’s wedding gown. Whether Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus will ever actually get married is always up in the air. Their on-and-off again relationship is pretty hard to keep track of, but Tish plans to support her daughter either way. If she made it through the twerking years, the rest seems like cake.
