Doria Ragland had no idea she was raising a royal-to-be when she had Meghan Markle. The Duchess’ mom got divorced when Markle was just six-years-old and was raised the young star as a single parent. Since then, the pair has been incredibly close. So close, in fact, that Ragland is considering moving to London to be closer to her daughter.
