Pigeon People… Really?

Japan has one of those cultures that’s difficult for outsiders to understand unless they’ve spent some significant time in the country. The Japanese are known for their wacky shows, food, and advertising, among other things. Truth be told, the place can be flat out strange. The Google Maps employee who captured this image probably was thrown off big-time.

Even though this one seems more intentional than the other images found, it is still strange. It’s even weirder to think that this group of people was roaming the streets acting like pigeons, just waiting for the Google Maps guy.
