An innocent toddler named James Bulger was abducted, tortured and murdered by two ten-year-old boys in England in 1993. The unthinkable crime occurred when James was led astray by the boys at a local shopping center. His abduction was captured in this surveillance footage above. His mutilated body was found 2.5 miles away on a railway in Walton, Liverpool two days later. The boys were found guilty of murder and became the youngest convicted murderers in modern English history.
