Zach Braff & Harry Styles Became Twitter Pals First

In 2014, then-One Direction singer Harry Styles attended the Sundance film festival to support actor Zach’s Kickstarter movie Wish I Was Here. Their unusual friendship made headlines. Harry tweeted after seeing the film: “I wasn’t crying. I had sweaty eyes. Loved it.”

The former Scrubs actor then tweeted: “For those of you asking, @Harry_Styles is a dynamite spooner.” The pair hit it off after Braff realized in 2013 that the singer was following him on Twitter. He explained, “And once he followed me a zillion young girls followed me, like, whatever Harry chooses is the right way to go.”
